Acceptance

By installing or using Phone Mouse (the iOS / Android app, or the desktop helper), you agree to these terms.

The license

You get a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to install and run Phone Mouse on devices you own or control. You can:

• Use the free tier as long as you like (with a daily rewarded-ad unlock for Pro features).
• Subscribe to Pro for an ad-free experience plus macros, custom layouts, and themes.
• Buy the lifetime tier ($19.99) for permanent Pro on the same account.

Subscriptions & refunds

• Billing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
• Refund requests go through Apple or Google directly — that's how the store agreements work.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account settings.

The desktop helper is open source

Phone Mouse Helper's source code is published in our public repository. If we ever stopped publishing the iOS / Android app, the open-source helper would keep working — that's the safety guarantee for lifetime-tier buyers.

Acceptable use

Don't use Phone Mouse to control a computer you're not authorized to control. Don't reverse-engineer the pairing protocol to bypass the PIN. Don't run helpers on shared / public infrastructure where you can't grant Accessibility / input-control permissions cleanly.

No warranty

Phone Mouse is provided "as is." We don't promise it'll work on every Wi-Fi network in the world. If your firewall blocks port 49871, the app will say so and tell you how to fix it.

Liability

We're not liable for damages arising from your use of Phone Mouse beyond the amount you paid for it (which for free-tier users is $0).

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date moves when we do. Material changes will be highlighted at app launch.
